When flipping through a world atlas, one man had a vision: to rate the flags of each country based on their appearance. He set up guidelines and went to it: Japan got an A (simple and elegant), America a C+ (too many stars), and Northern Mariana Islands an F (apparently constructed from clip art). Mike talks to Josh Parsons about his website devoted to giving letter grades to all the flags.
