Way back in 2003, screenwriter Cami Delavigne told us about the mission to drum up attention and cash for a little-known screenplay she'd co-written. A mere seven-and-a-half years later, "Blue Valentine" has opened to rave reviews. Cami is back to talk about the very long road to Blue Valentine.

Screenwriters have a very hard time in their line of work. To take time to sit down, brian storm, and come up with corky punch lines and great sense its a lengthy process. Not to mention having to rewrite over and over agin after sending it to pilots. But determination is whats successful in this line of work. i have a new found respect for these people and this craft.
I write and I write. I send stuff out, I collect rejections. I want to make something beautiful. You give me hope.
Thanks- T.
