This is such a cool story. I have a few ebooks out and only one is protected by DRM and that is because it's not optional using Apple's iBook format. My PDF versions are DRM free. I've bought a couple of books via Pottermore and I wondered about the deal that sent me from Amazon to Pottermore for the sale. Now I know :)
