The Fire Next Time

I'm surprised that there was no mention of a terrifying feature story on "The Age of the Megafires" that appeared last Sunday on 60 Minutes, claiming that massive wildfires are way up in recent years, blaming global warming, and interviewing firefighters who affirmed this perception. For anyone who saw it, it must have colored his/her perception of the story as it did for me. I don't know how to reconcile this with Mike Davis's thoughts. Perhaps you could give this a second look?

Thank YOU! I was thinking that the media was trying to will worse damage on peoples homes, it was really weird. The firefighters couldn't get a fire under control with no winds?!

The fog came though and saved the day.
