I am a big supporter of Denise Kucinich and I am also using AT&T dsl. I find that any time-sensitive emails from the Kucinich camp are delivered 5 days after they were sent. This does not happen with non-time sensitive emails from Kucinich camp or with any other emails sent to me. i feel like i have something to complain about but i don't know who to tell my situation to.
Regarding Edward's complaint, perhaps the FCC, the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) or the Federal Elections Enforcement Commission (if that it what it is called) are options. Not good ones, I imagine, but options, none-the-less.
Speaking of self referential posts I have submitted, this report on Bob's efforts beats anything I have done.
I just hope Bob doesn't cause wholesale abandonment of Comcast in favor of satellite tv, since I have been toying with re-entering the Public Access broadcasting arena in my area and I am told that every defecting cable customer cuts into the miniscule budget afforded by law or regulation to the facility here I helped found nearly 20 years ago.
I don’t imagine AT&T has to support Public Access, either.
Could someone tell me what the background (rock tune) music is that is closing out the segment of the program dealing with Comcast? Thanks for your great shows!

I first heard about Bob's crusade from the blog Consumerist (consumerist.com), which provides a never-ending string of horror stories and some tips on fighting back. Bob's blog is proof that public shaming works! If your beef isn't with Comcast, you can try sending your story to Consumerist, or availing yourself of their lists of executive e-mail addresses and phone numbers. I wish I'd known about it during my own six-month attempt to sign up for Internet service. Is Verizonmustdie.com taken?

If you're talking about the credits music, it's "Sex and Candy" by Marcy Playground. The bass player in that band was Dylan Keefe, former engineer of "On the Media," who was given a salute by Bob and Brooke as he left the program for the new alternative morning program to "Morning Edition" that WNYC and PRI are preparing for early next year.
