A new poll finds that for the first time in years, opinion of the U.S. abroad has improved. Now, 35% of respondents think the U.S. is a positive influence.

I think there is one thing was involved in this poll:

alcohol (from moderate to heavy use)

hard drugs (moderate use)

poll taker= soft drugs

poll giver=alcohol

Hard drugs and heavy alcohol use tend to cause hallucinations of grandour and well being which often is followed by pains of withdrawal. The repeat of beforementioned ritual often ends up in overdose. Go figure.
