According to Gary Schwitzer, there are a few TV M.D.’s who are trying to do good work. Dr. Jonathan LaPook , medical correspondent for "The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric" is one of them. He explains how he struggles to do more with less.

I wish the gentleman we hear every time would remember his English lessons (same for the lady too). An example is last Sunday, when he said "Do you just LAY in bed....." --- which implies he's a chicken. It's surely fowl language! Not to know the difference between lay & lie as a journalist is bad.
