  ...as opposed to not taking them if you've got AIDS, which can stop the aging process permanently.

  I hope perspective is kept in the segment. Sure, our medical technology, like all our technology, is still in a laughably primitive state, but give it its due: people are staying alive who would have died but a decade earlier. (Though, on the other hand, a certain level of discontent and even ingratitude may be necessary for any sort of progress.)

  Hopefully they have testicular atrophy early on because although their virus count is way down the possibility exists that they can still but rarely infect some innocent person.
