And now, courtesy of The Huffington Post, a leaked internal memo from Fox News chief John Moody last Thursday to his staff. Like previous such memos, it laid out the day's news agenda in a way curiously advantageous to the GOP.
BOB GARFIELD:
Here's the key marching order connecting the Democrats to terrorism. Quote: "Let's be on the lookout for any statement from the Iraqi insurgents who must be thrilled at the prospect of a Dem-controlled Congress."

There have been some reports of cheering in the streets on behalf of the supporters of the insurgency in Iraq, that they're very pleased with the way things are going here and also with the resignation of Donald Rumsfeld.
