The USA PATRIOT Act has made it easier for the FBI to obtain a search warrant to seize records at libraries and bookstores. Now, not only can the Feds take checkout records, Internet sign-out sheets and entire computers, but librarians and booksellers can’t tell anyone about it. Bob chats with Lynne Bradley, Director of Government Relations at the American Library Association.
