The Federal Trade Commission is handing over its duty of keeping media mergers in check to the U.S. Justice Department in what some fear is a win for media giants looking for more concentration. Host Bob Garfield chats with one of the fearful, Center for Digital Democracy Executive Director Jeff Chester, about the implications of the assignment switch.
