Sony Pictures recently suspended the two employees the company says created a bogus movie critic to supply glowing blurbs. But the company is not off the hook. Two movie goers say that the reviews of Sony’s fictional critic, David Manning, moved him to buy tickets, and now they are taking Sony to court. Brooke talks to David Markham, the lawyer representing this one irate moviegoer in his suit against Sony.
