The markets got off to a shaky start again last week, but rebounded somewhat at week's end - partly, we are told, in anticipation of further interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve. With bad corporate news coming seemingly from everywhere, it was just such an announcement early in the month that gave stocks their one big jump of the year, and all eyes - once again - are on Federal Chairman Alan Greenspan. How did the man in a gray suit become a media darling? Bob investigates.
