How to Get to Bernie Madoff

Friday, March 04, 2011

Reporter Steve Fishman's profile of Bernard Madoff in New York Magazine had us wondering about the story behind the story. How did Fishman reach Madoff? Why did Madoff, who's granted very few interviews since his arrest, agree to talk to Fishman? Turns out, the answers rest with an inmate named Robert Rosso. Fishman tells the story. ( Here's a link to Rosso's interview with Madoff.)

There is a newly minted program that blocks out any coverage of Charlie Sheen on one's computer. Could we please have one for Madoff and any other piece of garbage felon who thinks he's worthy of public interest?
