the million dollar homepage

In 2005, Alex Tew was a 21-year-old entrepreneur who wanted to make a million dollars before college. The only problem was he had literally nothing of value to sell. So he made The Million Dollar Homepage -- possibly the most ambitiously garish website ever created.

The most ambitious garish website ever? Hah!

You clearly have never met Ling. Bow down before the master of the garish ambitious website.

Seriously, I have had entire conferences with my web design team where all we can discuss is how beautiful and horrible is Ling. And then when we posted notes to Facebook on this dilemma, and they ended up being quoted on Ling's home page within six hours. Ling sees all.

So, they really made a $million Dollars before they started to college! That is great! It does take some of the pressure off knowing you have $1 million as you enter college! I'm sure you would be the most popular student in your dorm, that is if you told them which I would not! I'm a 53 year old retired stockbroker and I know it takes a long time to make a million even if you are real smart! My hat is off to these guys! What a great story! Just proves once again; This is America and you can do anything you want if you will just put your head to it! THANKS! len Holliday
