I was a friend if Phil Welsch. He was the sweetest kindness man I knew. He never had direct deposit because he said he liked to stand in line and talk to people. He refused to get a cell phone. He preferred the more personal touch and write or type letters. He wanted a new type writer for his birthday one year (yes he loved to type) so I took up a collection and bought him his beloved typewriter. He loved taking the bus so he can talk to people. With all that said, how is it that because he didn't have a cell or have a hard drive for a computer?!!! Answer this how did police in older days before technology solve crimes? This is very sad. Someone please help solve my friend's vicious murder.
